Upgrade Biju steel institute: CM to Centre

Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday proposed the Centre to upgrade the Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute (BPNSI) in Puri to a full-fledged national institute on the lines of Indian Institute of Technology.
