Congress collects Rs 20L for Muktikanta's hospital, wants to present it to Modi

Slamming Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly reneging on his promise of facilitating construction of a superspecialty hospital in Rourkela, the Congress legislature party (CLP) on Monday sought an appointment with him to donate a cheque for Rs 20 lakh, raised by the Congress from across the country in support of the proposed healthcare project.
