The state government on Monday approved Rs 2,770 crore for relief and retoration works in districts affected by cyclone Titli and the subsequent floods. As many as 60 lakh people in four districts — Gajapati, Ganjam, Rayagada and Kandhamal — have been affected in the twin disasters.
