Odisha seeks funds at 90:10 ratio under centrally sponsored schemes

The state government has sought fund allocation at a ratio of 90:10 for all centrally sponsored schemes (CSS) from Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who will present the Budget for 2019-20 fiscal on Friday.
