Odisha: Shortage of PhD guides hits scholars at Utkal University

Premier Utkal University has been facing an acute shortage of guides for research scholars. With 44 per cent of the faculty posts lying vacant, especially at the senior level, there are very few guides for PhD scholars at Utkal.
