Odisha ranks second in drink driving fatalities

Witnessed 555 Deaths Last Year, UP Tops List With 1824. The state recorded the second highest number of road deaths caused by drink driving or driving under the influence of alcohol for the second time in a row, according to a latest report released by the ministry of road transport and highways on road accidents in India.
