Dismissed constable held for gang rape of minor at Puri

Kumbharapada police in Puri detained a former constable for allegedly raping a minor girl, along with three of his friends, at his residence in the police reserve line on Monday. Police said Jintendra Sethi was dismissed from service three years ago for alleged indiscipline, misconduct and his involvement in a criminal case.
