Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) has asked the state government to pay compensation of Rs 3 lakh to husband of deceased Sukanti Naik after hearing a medical negligence case. Naik died due to alleged wrong blood transfusion in Keonjhar district headquarters hospital (DHH) in 2016.
