Odisha Ayush director arrested for 'harassing' female colleague

Mahila police here on Thursday arrested state Ayush director Bibhu Prasad Sarangi, a senior Odisha administrative service (OAS) officer, for allegedly harassing a female colleague and sending obscene messages to her phone.
