Cops to act tough against helmetless pillion riders

The commissionerate police on Wednesday said a standard operating procedure (SOP) is being chalked out for a crackdown on pillion riders. Deputy commissioner of police (traffic) Saumya Mishra on Wednesday discussed the SOP with traffic staff of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
