Chief secretary Suresh Chandra Mohapatra on Monday asked the police and regional transport officers (RTOs) to strictly enforce the traffic related rules. Mohapatra, who reviewed the road safety status in a high level meeting with senior officials of different departments, district collectors and SPs through video conference, laid stress on crackdown against violators of the helmet and over-speeding laws.
