Bhubaneswar sees rise in major crimes in 2nd Covid year

Despite Covid-induced lockdown and restrictions, major crimes like rape, robbery, burglary, theft and swindling increased in the capital city from January-November this year compared to the corresponding 11 months in 2020, commissionerate police said.
