Odisha: Centre nod to 6 ITIs, 10 skill centres in Maoist-hit districts

Union minister of state for home affairs Nityanand Rai told the Lok Sabha on Wednesday that 5,36,427 candidates have been trained in Odisha till date under the flagship scheme - Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). More students will get skill training to earn a livelihood with the help of vocational education.
